Cambodia journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (CJIHSS) adheres to the principles of high quality and ethics in publishing its research articles. CJIHSS is only allowed to publish articles that belong to the author or the researcher. In addition, the editorial board, reviewers and reviewers of the research articles of the bulletin have the duties and responsibilities of technical and professional work to be able to ensure its quality and value.
The CJIHSS adheres to the following key ethics:
Code of Conduct for the Editorial Board
- The Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Director and Supervisor have the duty and responsibility to decide to accept the reviewed research articles and publish them in their journal.
- The Editor-in-Chief and the Board of Directors must ensure transparency and accuracy in the process of reviewing, reviewing, and publishing research articles.
Code of Conduct for Advisory Councils
- The Board of Trustees has the role of advising and advising the Board of Directors and the Technical Committee of the Board of Trustees on issues related to legal, intellectual property, and plagiarism.
- The Board of Trustees is responsible for reviewing copies of research articles only for the content and meaning, while maintaining the principle of transparency and non-infringement of intellectual property.
Code of Conduct for Reviewer
- The reviewer of the content of the research article must be transparent and must not present any image as critical of the researcher.
- In the event that the reviewer deems it time to review, it is necessary to provide information to the Editor-in-Chief or the Editorial Committee to make contact with other reviewers.
- The reviewer should check the content to see if there are any inaccuracies or omissions in the published text to prevent intellectual property issues.
- Copies of articles and other information or data provided by researchers must be kept with the utmost care and secrecy.
Researcher Code of Conduct
- Researchers must ensure that the articles they write are truly their own achievements, with accurate references to information or content excerpted from other research articles.
- Researchers must ensure that their articles comply with the publication principles of the Humanities and Social Sciences Journal and not be published in any research journal or research journal to prevent intellectual property issues.
- Researchers must ensure that their objectives, methods, and research results are clear and verifiable.
- Researchers must ensure that the presentation of their research results is honest, without any corrections or corrections to the data.
Intellectual Property Policy
CJIHSS only publishes articles that have passed the proper review and judgment stage and have not yet been published in a research journal or other research journal. Upon publication, all articles will be the property of the journal, retaining the intellectual property of the researcher or author.
Research articles that have already been published will be considered as infringing on intellectual property will be removed from the website, bulletins and all publications of the CJIHSS without prior notice to the researcher.
