CJIHSS endeavors high-quality publication, and every manuscript submitted for publication will go through several steps of quality checking with the journal editors and review with double-blind review process. The general steps of CJIHSS follows the below procedures:
Preparation of research articles
Students, professors and researchers who are interested in publishing their research articles in the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Bulletin can prepare a copy of the article in the CJIHSS Bulletin format, which can be downloaded directly from the researcher page. . Researchers can learn more about CJIHSS publishing policies and guidelines at the link provided.
Submission of articles for review
Researchers can submit a copy of their article for review and publication to CJIHSS] in two ways:
- Method 1: Submission by filling out the form
All research papers may be submitted to the CJIHSS Editorial Board and Technical Committee for review and judgment by completing the submission form and providing some necessary information in this form.
- Method 2: Sending via email
Researchers can also submit their research articles to: cjihss.academy@gmail.com. For sending a copy of the article via email, please provide additional information such as: name, place of work, contact number, etc.
Researcher reaction
After your article has been submitted, you will receive an email outlining the next steps in reviewing and judging the article by a panel of editors and reviewers. You can follow the next steps in reviewing your article by clicking on the link that will be sent in the first email you receive.
Acceptance or rejection
Research articles that have undergone a rigorous review by a committee of editors, technicians and reviewers will have to go through a determination of whether they are of sufficient quality or meet the standards or principles of the correct financial statements.
1- Acceptance
Research articles that have been reviewed by a panel of editors and reviewers, as well as received appropriate correction from the researcher, will be accepted for publication in the CJIHSS chronology.
2- Rejection
In the event that the research article is edited by the researcher and does not meet the quality criteria of the article, the article will be rejected with the researcher directly via e-mail. Research articles that will be rejected if they do not meet the following criteria:
- Lack of originality or insignificance in research
- Excessive spelling and language errors
- Inadvertently create immoral problems
- Infringement and infringement of intellectual property
- Researchers did not make appropriate adjustments to the judges’ recommendations.
- Does not comply with the guidelines of the Billboard
Publication
Research articles that have passed the review and have met all of the above conditions will be published according to the printing schedule of the number or subsequent copy of the chronology. After publication, a text link and an e-certificate confirming the article will be sent directly to the researcher via email.
