១- Initial Paper Submission
Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proof read and polished. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using CJIHSS Paper Template format. Online Submission of paper is strongly encouraged.

All manuscripts are subjected to rapid peer review process and those of high quality (which are not previously published and are not under consideration for publication by another journal) would be published without any delay in subsequent issue.
It is necessary to follow the principles of copyright and plagiarism which are entirely managed by the authors.
- Manuscript must be written in English, MS-Word (doc or docx format only), Double Column format using CJIHSS Paper Template format
- Only “Times New Roman” font should be used
- Prepare the manuscript in Times New Roman font using a font size of 10 and it should be typed 1.15 spaced. There shall not be any decorative borders anywhere in the text including the title page
- Manuscript should be your own genuine work
- Manuscript should be free from any plagiarism
- Manuscript should contain minimum 4 pages to maximum 30 pages
- All the diagrams, graphs, tables, flowcharts equations should be neat and clean
- Mention the appropriate references taken
- Every article should properly reference all the citations taken into consideration in the research
- The title must reflect the new content
- The abstract must be a new one, as new items were added
- The Keywords must be updated accordingly
- The Conclusion must be updated to capture the new content
- New figures and new and/or enhanced experiments are mandatory

២- Initial Paper Submission
A submitted article will be published only after fulfilling all the standards and quality work. For preparation of fresh article to get published in CJIHSS, author should keep below points in consideration. If copyrighted material is used, the author should obtain the necessary copyright release and submit it along with the manuscript. All papers will be acknowledged and refereed.
២- Title & Authors Name
The title should appear on first page which should then followed by the author name and the institution name and address by indicating suitable superscripts. Title page should contain title of the paper in normal, title case (font size 24), names of the authors in bold, title case (font size 11) followed by the affiliation and university address(es) in normal, title case (font size 10). An asterisk (*) must be placed after the corresponding authors name as superscript whose email id, fax, telephone number can be given at the bottom left corner of the title. Corresponding author has the responsibility to ensure that all co authors are aware and approve the contents of the submitted manuscript.
៣- Abstract
This section should start after author’s affiliation and should detail the problems, experimental approach, major findings and conclusion in one paragraph. Avoid abbreviation, diagram and references in the abstract. It should be 1.15 spaced, bold and should not exceed 250 words for full papers.
៤- Keywords
Author(s) must give about 5-10 key words which can identify the most important subjects covered by the paper. They must be placed at the end of the abstract.
៥- Introduction
The manuscript should include a brief introduction stating the purpose of the investigation and relating the manuscript to similar previous research. Only information essential to the arguments should be presented.
Problem Definition
This section should describe how you are supposed to rectify the problem, what approach or what methodology you are supposed to use in your paper.
៦- Literature Survey
In this section, the author describes the previous research works in the form of title, problem statement, objectives, not repeat the information discussed in Introduction.
៧- Methodology / Approach
In this section should extend, not repeat the information discussed in Introduction. This section includes the details about your proposed method, flowchart, proposed models or techniques and others.
In contrast, a Calculation Section represents a practical development from a theoretical basis. Include sufficient details for the work to be repeated. Where specific equipment and materials are named, the manufacturer’s details (name, city and country) should be given so that readers can trace specifications by contacting the manufacturer. Where commercially available software has been used, details of the supplier should be given in brackets or the reference given in full in the reference list.
៨- Results & Discussion
This section should present clearly but succinctly the experimental findings. Only results essential to establish the main points of the work should be included. Results should be presented in a logical sequence in the form of table, graph, figure, case study, chart etc. Numerical data should be analyzed using appropriate simulation or statistical tools and techniques.
The table, graph and figures heading may have smaller font titles but should not be less than 10 pt in size. Labels of the table, graph and figures must be in the text form and should not form part of the image. Those photographs must be clear and sharp. Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction.
9- Conclusion
As a final part of the research article, all researchers must carefully prepare, summarize, and enable the reader to understand the process or core outcome of your article. For English, this section should be in the range of 150-200 words.
10-Graphics and statistical tables

11-Mathematical formulas and symbols
If your research article includes mathematical formulas or symbols, please follow the APA Style 7th Edition. You can download the manual from this system by clicking on the link “APA Style Manual 7th Edition“។
12- Gratitude
In case the researcher wants to add a “gratitude” point, put it at the end of the article before the reference. At this point, the researcher can highlight the individuals or institutions that have participated in the research, such as help with spelling, grammar, funding, and so on.
13-Setting references and references
In-text citation and reference preparation must comply with the standard specifications of the APA Style 7th Edition system. 14-Annex
If necessary, the researcher can also attach an appendix, especially in the last section (after the reference) of the whole article. At this point, researchers can link the results of critical data analysis in the form of graphs, statistics, or research tools.
